The masterplan for the development, designed by Elements + Habitare Development Corporation, aims to promote a balanced lifestyle by providing a new architectural expression that stimulates social interaction through civic connections with the integrated synergetic arrangement of the facilities together with structures that highlights the importance of pedestrian safety and experience..
The development shall serve as the new commercial anchor and lifestyle center for the Davaoenos. With its rolling countryside and tranquil ambience, the NCCC Panacan shall be unlike the city’s hustle and bustle. The development will involve the construction of Facilities such as Retail, Residential, Educational–in partnership with University of Asia & the Pacific, Hospitality and a Convention Center, which will help provide ASEAN connectivity to Davao & the whole of Mindanao.
