The redevelopment of the waterfront targets to promote a recreational development that has all the essential facilities needed while promoting the richness of the heritage value and history of the city through the shrine built for Lapu-Lapu. Allotted spaces were dedicated for a museum, boardwalks, retail shops, ampitheaters, sutukil/ F& B, bicycle rent stalls, a bicycle/jogging track, galleon/casino, mangrove education center, nature trail, look-out point, and commercial lots. A new venue for the tourists to experience and explore as it has also considered the nature involvement of the visitors.
