The scheme for the 9.7 hectare NCCC Bajada development promotes a diverse range of living, working and leisure opportunities that is responsive to the changing needs of Davao.

Designed as a green oasis, a multi-layered landscape is provided for the public to relish. A mixed-use development that blends with the cultural heritage of the site ingrained sustainable features to promote an ideal and conducive living option. A pedestrian-friendly development that encourages safe and convenient multi-level linkages to create an integrated network of streets, shops and services. Parks and plazas were engaged to permeate the development to bring active and safe spaces for the community to enjoy.
